It's always a step forward

As humans, we can't be perfectly faithful. We struggle being consistent with what we know is right. Even though we fail, He still stays with us. And that's one thing to be thankful for. It can be hard to believe in that truth, but it will make sense once He changes our lives.

He remains faithful to His promises no matter how many times we fail. He remains slow to anger. His unconditional love for us is still available to all. He continues to be consistent, reliable, and dependable to us. We're still alive today because of Him. So as we look back in a day, month, year, or a decade, we can see that He has been with us through it all.
