How are you on the path today? Are you still thriving?

Then, keep on.

Know your "who."
Know who you should talk to. Engage with them.
Sometimes, they fail us. But we also do the same. Value all you can with it.
Be the "who" you can be. Be authentic and sincere about who you are.

Be a good example.
Be someone worth following.
Make a lasting impact in what you do.
If you lost your way, be determined to find your way back. It still awaits you.
If there's nothing in you worth following, you can still be an example of bouncing back.

Be loyal and faithful.
Do this in everything you do. It sustains life.
Yield on it every single day, on repeat.
Sustain it to the end.

Deal with toxicity.
Know the signs. Cleanse if needed.
Engage it well.
Handle them well every single day.

Deal with pressure.
It's always there, and it's a part of life. It's found wherever.
Face it well. Add the force needed.
No matter how intense and debilitating, survive it. Cling in resilience and strength.
Have a better mindset to it. Stay positive amidst it.
Welcome it your whole life. Know what not to go through.

Deal with people-pleasing.
Assess how much of a pleaser you are.
End your valuing of it by all means.
Be a people-loving person instead.
Liberate your growth. Offer authenticity. Value personal boundaries. Ignite self-discovery. Nurture healthy independence. Grow in love.

Set boundaries.
They constrict. But they need to exist and are to be maintained at all costs.
Watch out for those areas.
Establish or re-establish them.
Change them over time if needed.
Live freely with it all the time.

Build connections.
Build inside and out.
Work it out, no matter how tough it can be.
Create that bridge to open doors to others and to yourself.

Give grace to those who need it.
Strike while the iron is cold. Have empathy, forgiveness, gentleness, and love in everything.
Give also to yourself because you also need it.
Train yourself to respond well. Have tolerance and patience. Embrace this reality.

Don't settle for less.
It's easy to do that due to comfort, mediocrity, fear, and societal pressure.
Doing that causes discontentment, eroded confidence, compromised values, limited and hindered blessings, inhibited growth, neglected opportunities, and an elusive life purpose.
Aim high to prevent it.

Compare in the right way.
Make it work for you. 
Know when comparison is for the good, the bad, or the ugly.

Reset.
Reflect. Embrace change. Seek balance. Embody resilience. Transform your mindset by staying on the course.

Find the way back.
Acknowledge. Anticipate feedback. Access what's needed to be addressed. Act on what's needed.
Establish the reality.

Hack.
Make things efficient. Simplify.
Maximize its use in solving problems in your life.
In any situation, make your way through it.

Don't quit.
A good fight is not worth quitting for. Destiny awaits.
When you feel like it, know your sources. Assess them well.
Do it for the right reasons.
Hold on if needed.
When you need to return after quitting, do so. It's always open.
