Can you build on a Rock that designs you to last?

Think of the sturdiest, most reliable thing you own or know of. A solid old truck, a sturdy house, a reliable tool, or even a friend who is always there for you.

What makes it so dependable?

No matter how beautiful the design is, if the foundation is weak, it will definitely collapse sooner or later. If the base is weak, everything fails. That’s life.

Know that before we can build a life, a family, or a company that lasts, we have to recognize the ultimate Master Architect of our lives. Everything starts with Christ.

So, who is He to you? Is He just a character in a historical book, or is He someone you want to truly trust?

When you’re given a name that shows who you were on the inside. And then suddenly, you were given a brand-new identity. And that identity shows what you can become.

The bedrock isn't human perfection but the unshakeable truth that He is our solid ground.
No matter how strong human pillars are, they must still stand on unshakeable bedrock. When we anchor ourselves to Him, our foundation changes from shifting sand into solid bedrock.

There’s a promise that nothing, not even the gates of death or evil, can defeat what He builds. It is a structure designed to survive any stress test. You are given "the keys to the kingdom." This means trust, access, and authority.

You cannot pour a concrete foundation over trash or broken debris. You have to clear the site first. Receive His forgiveness, which acts like a site cleanup for our souls. It clears away our past mistakes and heavy guilt so we can start fresh.

He doesn't just clean up our mess. He truly repairs what was broken. He retrofits our hearts, strengthens our integrity, and rebuilds our lives. 

When you live a life rooted in Christ, cleaned by Forgiveness, and put back together by Restoration, no matter how strong the storm of life is, you will still stand. You are built for eternity.
