In the Making

We know a person through his life's highlights. But what about those small events?
Why do we usually miss out on those?
They're also stories that show how he's lead to his great achievements. We must not forget them.

For most of our lives, we go through these moments before we reach a life milestone.
We should excel in them. Even if it's mundane, we give our best. It's where we're molded.
At times, we don't understand why we need to do it. We still have to do it.
Eventually, we'll see the bigger picture.

Surely, there were times we found ourselves saying:
"I should have seen that coming."
"I saw that coming. I should have made an effort to work harder."
How have we responded to them before we came to those? Have we given up? Have we done them halfheartedly?
The decisions we make, even the small ones, pile up in the long run.

So how's the direction going now?
I believe that we can still do something after taking a wrong turn, even if it took us a long time to realize it.
When we make a change and start to make things right, we can be on the right path again.
And for those going through the moment, here's what we can do.
We prepare our body, heart, and mind to ensure we're fit to take any challenge thrown to us.
We continuously learn new things to expand our knowledge.
We remind ourselves to do our best in everything.
Learn from the past. Do what we can in the present, so that we can achieve our goals and move forward.
Every achieved goal is preparation for something bigger. We keep going.

These are what I'm noting, after learning from the times of failure.
In time, we can look back and be thankful for these moments. They make us better.
