Roots=Wings

In life, we need roots to keep us grounded, and wings to keep us going.
It's how we keep on standing and moving forward in life.
It's how we can keep strong.

Whatever life throws at us, we are to be strong and come out strong from it.

Find yourself in a world of play from the world you're in.
There's a lot to explore, a lot to discover, and a lot to develop so that we can learn to lead, organize, and innovate.
Get out of your shell and see the outside world.

Be encouraged in your purpose.
It's a tough world out there, with different voices to hear. Know the right voice, and listen to it always.
You have a mighty purpose. You are given special talents and abilities to serve that. 

Make use of that mighty purpose to have a role and to hear the people around you.
Become idealistic for some cause. Be tender for someone. Be committed to a perspective that will bring a large hope for the future to hold.

Embody perseverance.
Never run away from life's battles and storms.
They help us develop endurance. Endurance develops strength of character. Character strengthens our confident hope, with the selfless love filled in us.

Embrace pain and difficulty as a teacher.
Refuse to give up.
Work strenuously towards the challenges. Maintain the effort and interest despite failures, adversities, and plateaus in progress.

Partner with your tribe.
Navigating life can be fearful and anxious. But it can be a great and beautiful adventure, one worth journeying when we have the people to be with us every step of the way.
Have the help you need. There's nothing wrong with asking it.

It's a hope that we can win in life and do it in the right way.
When we've developed strong confidence to face life, a loving character to embody for all, and a deep connection to a Power that strengthens and sustains us each day, it shows that we've done it right.

In everything you do, find honor.
In anyone you encounter, show respect.
In all your dealings, act out integrity.
Have heroic courage. It makes you live life completely, fully, and wonderfully.
Have the honesty and sincerity to do what you need to do with great initiative.
Be responsible in duty, and keep loyalty in hand.
Have compassion within. Use the power you have for good.
