From it, we can find meaning.
It's not just strength.
But also stillness and peace.
When we can master our stress,
A strong will we can increase.
So as we go by every day,
For every word and act,
Let it be the right response.
It can make a positive impact.
When the stress comes our way,
Let's not give in.
Let's beat it and bust it.
